Our company conducts "UAV laser surveying," which involves capturing point cloud data using UAV-mounted laser scanners. We utilize green lasers, RIEGL, drone aerial photography, and other technologies to obtain point cloud data in areas such as forests, places difficult for people to access, and large areas where surveying takes a long time, providing 3D data. We assist in utilizing this 3D data for road design, disaster recovery and construction of roads and slopes, and other design work. As a service utilizing drones, we are expanding our business primarily in the fields of civil engineering and construction surveying, as well as infrastructure inspection. In particular, in the surveying field, we have welcomed a surveying specialist company, Geo Group (Geo Wing Co., Ltd.), which has over 40 years of experience and achievements in public and private surveying since our founding. UAV Laser Surveying "Green Laser Scanner"

Measuring both land and water! Enabling long-duration flights.

The "Green Laser Scanner" is a surveying instrument that can obtain data in environments where measurement is difficult with conventional near-infrared lasers, such as underwater, in terrain (approximately several meters of deep water), and on rain-soaked ground, allowing for simultaneous 3D measurement of land and water edges. In laser surveying, the range of ±45° directly beneath the drone is less affected by the drone's posture, resulting in high accuracy. The TDOT is designed to focus on scanning this range, enabling the acquisition of high-precision data. "UAV (drone) laser surveying" has been measuring across Japan using UAV laser technology since 2016, and currently has over 500 measurement achievements, making it one of the top in the country. With measurements of 200,000 to 240,000 points per second, high-density point cloud data can be obtained, and high-precision measurements are possible with the GNSS + IMU system. A green laser is a laser that uses "green light." Compared to near-infrared light, it has a stronger wavelength and is not affected by water. When using near-infrared light for UAV surveying, the accuracy of measurements significantly decreases if the road surface is wet due to bad weather, necessitating re-measurement on a different day. Additionally, near-infrared light is absorbed and scattered by water surfaces, making it only possible to measure the ground surface. Our UAV is equipped with a scanner that uses green laser technology. By utilizing this, high-precision surveying is possible even on wet road surfaces. Furthermore, in areas where land and water surfaces mix, such as rivers and ports, we can measure down to the riverbed. Please leave the surveying of riverbanks and lakeshores to us!
